The result of more than a decade of research in our Varietal Garden, where we grow more than 200 types of olive trees, the Lecciana variety has established itself as one of the most balanced and sustainable in the Mediterranean.
Very early harvest and cold-pressed in less than 30 minutes, preserving more than 450 mg/kg of polyphenols, responsible for its freshness, stability, and nutritional value. The nose presents an intense green fruitiness, with nuances of fig, freshly cut grass, and tender almonds. On the palate, its profile is harmonious and elegant, with notes of green banana and almond, a clean spiciness, and a balanced bitterness that lingers in a lingering and refined finish.
