It is a wine with a great balance between expressiveness and elegance that comes from the ecological vineyards of the central valley of the Clos Pons estate, at an altitude of 460 m. The aromas of candied fruit merge in frank harmony with the perfumes of its aging in oak barrels, with notes of forest fruits, spices and undergrowth. On the palate it is delicate with a silky and very friendly texture, ideal to accompany white meats, fatty fish, bass, and cow and sheep cheeses.
