It is an elegant wine born from this singular and powerful grape obtained from the cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. Ripe black fruit and firm, ripe tannins are the dominant notes in a wine with extraordinary aging capacity. Its fleshiness, friendliness and concentration make it a very special choice to accompany game birds, red meats, duck dishes and Iberian cured meats.
