Reserve Balsamic vinegar from Modena IGP. Exclusively made with must cooked and aged in wooden barrels for a minimum of 3 years. A penetrating aroma, delightful and sweet taste ideal for appetizers, cured cheeses, grilled meats, steamed vegetables, pear, strawberry and vanilla ice cream.
Aged Modena IGP balsamic vinegar. Made with natural must cooked from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes with a prolonged aging of more than three years in oak, chestnut, ash and cherry barrels. Our Nonno has a density of 1.30 g/l. To obtain a bottle of this delicacy we needed 8 bunches of grapes, 1.7 kg. This penetrating, aged delicacy and delicate acidity is ideal for appetizers, cured cheeses, grilled meats, steamed vegetables, pear, strawberry and vanilla ice cream.
