Aged Collection Organic White produced in our Clos Pons Estate. This wine with 5 months of aging, is the expression of the pure minerality of the heart of our estate of L'Albagés. A very intense white wine with tropical and white fruit notes with a fresh, energetic and nervous palate. An excellent wine for cheeses, rice, smoked fish, Italian pastas, seafood and shellfish.
