An Arbequina extra virgin olive oil made on our farm of L'Albagés in the south of Lleida, made with late harvest olives so as not to transfer intensity and be able to merge perfectly with the peppery and aromatic touches of black pepper. A very versatile oil that you will enjoy in meats, pasta, sardines, chicken in “escabeche”, grilled chicken, salmon, vegetbale gratin, creams and rice salads.
