Organic white wine produced on the Clos Pons Estate. Its name Sisquella, reminds us of the old village adjacent to our vineyard, where the 6 hectares of cultivation of this wine are located. The fusion of Mediterranean and Atlantic reaches its highest level in this pale golden wine with greenish touches, a fresh and floral nose wine with toasted touches from its aging. On the palate it is light, refreshing and elegant, with spicy and citrus notes. Its range for pairing is extensive, starting with rice, smoked and roasted fish, Italian pastas, goat cheese, seafood, shellfish, caviar and roasted vegetables.
