It is an extra virgin made with green olives that is characterized by being fruity and fresh. An oil with a peppery final touch, cold-extracted in the Pons family's mill in L'Albagés. Its balance is ideal for enjoying it raw on bread with tomato.

Cata : Delicate green fruitiness, well balanced and slightly pungent.
