This organic, single-varietal extra virgin olive oil is made from early-harvested olives, grown exclusively on our vineyards and olive groves in the limestone-rich, continental climate region of L’Albagés, Lleida. This oil pays tribute to the fifth generation of the Pons family and is the result of years of research in our olive variety garden, where we cultivate more than 200 different olive varieties.
Harvested very early and cold-pressed within thirty minutes, this oil preserves more than 450 mg/kg of polyphenols, which are responsible for its freshness, stability, and nutritional value.
On the nose, it offers a deep, green, fruity aroma with hints of fig, freshly cut grass, and tender almond. On the palate, it stands out for its intensity, with notes of banana and almond, a clean, peppery spiciness, and a perfectly balanced bitterness. It has an elegant and lingering finish.
