An oil produced at the beginning of October, made exclusively from early-harvest Arbequina olives from our estate, located at 500 meters above sea level. This extra virgin olive oil, obtained from green olives, stands out for its fruitiness and vibrancy. It has a spicy finish and is cold-extracted at the Pons family mill in L’Albagés. Its balance makes it ideal to enjoy raw on toast or traditional tomato bread.
