Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced during the first months of harvest, made exclusively from Arbequina olives from our L'Albagés farm in the south of Lleida. A result from century-old olive trees located on terraces of calcareous soil at 500 meters of altitude. An extra virgin made primarily with green olives that stands out for its richness and vivacity. An oil with a peppery finishing touch grounded in the stone mill of the Pons family farm. Its balance is ideal to be enjoyed on toast, salads, vegetables, grilled fish, seafood and white meats.
