On the nose, it gives off aromas of white flowers, apple and citrus, giving way to an intense palate, with a fine bubble and well-integrated with a refreshing acidity. Its elegant notes of white fruit and pastry stand out in a long finish. An optimal Cava for tapas, charcuterie, appetizers, lamb and white free-range meats.
