Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pearls made very early during the month of September with Arbequina olives from our high altitude estates of L'Albagés in the south of Lleida. Pearls that are very intense in color, fruity, very fresh and low bitterness. They are pearls created with Extra Virgin very balanced to seduce the palate of our customers. Recommended for all types of direct uses. Ideal for decorating salads, grilled fish, fish and meat carpaccios, presentations and plant creations and all kinds of finishes.
