High polyphenol content: >325 MG/KG. PONS early harvest virgin olive oils from the JANIROC family have a high polyphenol content. These compounds are what give the oil its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Currently, research is being conducted on its possible anti-carcinogenic effect. Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids against oxidative damage.
Extra virgin olive oil tribute to the Fifth Generation of the Pons Family. An oil made between September and October, exclusively from early-harvest Arbequina olives from our farm in L'Albagés, at 500 meters above sea level. It is an extra virgin made with green olives that is characterized by being fruity and lively. An oil with a peppery final touch, cold-milled in the Pons family's mill, on the farm itself. Its potency is ideal for enjoying it raw on bread with tomato.
