Long-aged organic red wine produced on our Estate of Pobla de Cervoles, in the south of Lleida. A little over a hectare of old dry vineyards cultivated "Pla del Tet" estate, at 680 meters of altitude. This hidden gem, born in the foothills of Serra de la Llena mountain range, is the first release from the Clos Pons Collection wines. Endowed with an extraordinary finesse and elegance, it has an attractive spicy character. ideal to pair with stews, cured cheeses, Iberian charcuterie, game meats and red meats.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Black Pepper. This subtle oil is made exclusively from late-harvest Arbequina olives. The result is an aromatic olive oil with a peppery palate. Highly recommended in meats, pasta, sardines, chicken “escabeche”, grilled chicken, salmon, vegetable gratin, creams and rice salads.
